Service Description
Our Brand Discovery Call provides the much needed opportunity for a formal introduction between you and your Portfolio Manager. We get to know your brand's needs a bit more, understand your business direction and communicate recommendations for next steps in visual and marketing direction, dependent on your goals.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellations & Rescheduling (24-Hour Notice Required) Clients may cancel or reschedule their session up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no cost. Any changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be considered a late cancellation. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time are non-refundable. You may request a reschedule, but approval is not guaranteed and is at our discretion. 3. No-Shows If you do not attend your session and do not notify us in advance, the session will be marked as a no-show. No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable. 4. Grace Period for Technical Issues (Online Sessions) If you experience technical difficulties, you have a 10-minute grace period to reconnect or send us an email. After 10 minutes, the session will be marked as a no-show. 5. Consultant Delay If for any reason Oxx & Bullbridge must delay or reschedule a session, clients will be offered a new session time at no additional cost, with priority scheduling. 6. Intro Sessions (Client-Only) The complimentary intro session requires manual approval and follows the same cancellation rules. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may lead to restrictions on booking future sessions. 7. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. If you cancel within 24 hours due to a legitimate emergency, we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule.
